These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Tokkipaw ("Company") and users regarding the use of the digital utility tool service ("Service") operated by the Company.
(1) These Terms become effective upon posting on the Service. (2) The Company may modify these Terms within the scope permitted by applicable laws. Changes will be announced 7 days in advance (30 days for changes unfavorable to users) via Service notice or email. (3) Users who do not agree to the modified Terms may discontinue use and request account deletion.
(1) The Service can be used via email magic-link authentication without separate registration. (2) Users must provide accurate emails and may not impersonate others. (3) Per the single-active-device policy, only the most recently authenticated device may use purchased paws.
(1) The Company provides individual paws as digital products. (2) Each paw offers 3 free trials before purchase. (3) Purchased paws are available permanently (except upon Service termination per Article 15). (4) The Company may release updates without additional charge.
(1) The Company may modify all or part of the Service for operational or technical reasons. (2) The Service may be temporarily suspended due to scheduled or emergency maintenance, system failures, or third-party service disruptions (Vercel, Supabase, Cloudflare, Resend, payment processors). (3) If prior notice is not feasible, post-hoc notice will be provided promptly.
(1) Payments are processed via external payment providers (Toss Payments, etc.); the Company does not directly store payment information. (2) Per Article 17(2) of the Korean E-Commerce Act, refunds for simple change of mind are not available after sufficient trial opportunity (3 free trials per paw). (3) Refunds for owned paws are limited to two cases: (a) no core action (action key) used within 7 days of purchase · auto-judged from the Company's usage records (paw_meta); (b) the paw is in an unusable state due to a critical defect · refundable without time limit. Other minor defects are promptly fixed by the Company once confirmed and are not subject to refund. (4) Purchase coupons are refundable within 7 days of purchase for unused credits only. Refund amount is calculated as the unused quantity at the time of processing × unit price (₩83/credit). Bonus coupons are non-refundable. (5) When multiple purchase coupon purchases exist within 7 days, the refund is processed for all unused credits within that window together. Per-order selection is not supported. (6) Users with 3 or more purchase coupon refunds within 30 days are restricted from purchasing new purchase coupons for 30 days. (7) Refund requests are submitted to help@tokkipaw.com and processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.
Users shall not:
(1) The Company strives to provide stable and continuous Service. (2) The Company protects user personal data per its separate Privacy Policy. (3) The Company shall not restrict user access without legitimate cause.
(1) All intellectual property rights in paws and the Service (source code, design, logos, characters, text) belong to the Company. (2) Purchase grants users a non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license. Users may not: • Resell or redistribute • Use commercially (unless explicitly permitted) • Extract, reverse-engineer, or decompile source code (3) User-generated data (notes, records) created via paw use belongs to the user.
The Company may restrict or suspend Service after notice (post-hoc in urgent cases) when a user: (1) Violates these Terms or applicable laws (2) Interferes with Service operation (3) Engages in fraudulent payment activity (4) Fails to comply with the Company's legitimate requests
(1) Users may request account deletion anytime at help@tokkipaw.com. (2) The Company processes requests within 14 business days. (3) Personal data (email, device info) is deleted; purchase records are retained for 5 years per the E-Commerce Act with identifying information anonymized.
(1) The Company is not liable for service interruptions or damages due to force majeure, power/network failures, third-party service disruptions (Vercel, Supabase, Cloudflare, Resend, payment processors), or government orders. (2) The Company does not warrant the accuracy, reliability, or usefulness of paw results; fortune, horoscope, health, and relationship content is for reference only. (3) The Company's liability is limited to cases of intent or gross negligence and shall not exceed the amount paid by the user.
(1) Disputes shall first be resolved through mutual agreement. (2) If unresolved, the court with jurisdiction over the Company's principal place of business (Jeju District Court, Republic of Korea) shall have first-instance jurisdiction. (3) These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
(1) The Company may terminate the Service with 30 days' advance notice. (2) Paws remain usable until the termination date. (3) Refunds or compensation upon termination are handled at the Company's discretion.
Users under 14 require legal guardian consent per the Personal Information Protection Act. The Company will immediately restrict use upon detecting an underage user and delete any data collected without consent.
